Isokinetic evaluation
Since 1991 Corfu Physical therapy and Rehabilitation Center specializes in Isokinetic therapy with the use of specialized Cybex equipment.
Corfu Physiotherapy uses Isokinetic evaluation to test and improve muscle strength
and endurance as well as to speed up recovery and provide treatment following injury.
Isokinetic evaluation uses a computer-driven device to examine separate muscle groups.
Both function and strength are assessed with a dynamometer machine that operates hydraulically or electromagnetically such as Biofeedback. Isokinetic evaluation is an excellent way to objectively assess muscular strengths and weaknesses and identify any muscular imbalance.
Isokinetic evaluation produces accurate data that assist Corfu Physiotherapy to prescribe rehabilitation programs that improves your muscle and joint health.
